P.D.S provides the opportunity
for young dancers, male and female, to take weekly classes with our Resident Street Freestyle choreographer Oliver Ashford.

A wide range of steps
commonly used in Musical Theatre Productions of the West End, co-ordination, muscle Tone, limbering and stretching, fluidity
of movement, basic music notation are all studied in this varied class creating a versatile dancer.

Suppleness and strength
are required for Gymnastic Dance and exercises are given to create the dancers body in this direction. Floor work discipline is trained, but there is no use of apparatus.
Performance skills working
alone or with a partner will be encouraged.
Examination and Enhancement
classes are available with the ‘team work’ being held within the ‘GymnastiK FantastiK’ Enhancement
class.

Focussing on the elements
of correct breathing, vocal warm-ups, singing, self expression, drama role play etc. This energetic fast moving class allows
the dancer another avenue to explore and develop his/her stage awareness. Musicals are studied and this class allows performance
opportunities not available to other students within the School.

held at every level with performance opportunities included.
