This is a national competition in which heats are held in various regions, including Scotland, Wales, and throughout England. Regional heat winners go on to the Grand Final at Blackpool Opera House where they have opportunity to win the title as well as a prize for first place in each division (Juvenile, Junior, Senior & Open). PDS has successfully competed to win first prize in two consecutive years, 2008 (Senior Section) and 2009 (Senior and Open sections). Disney
Rushton is a regional competition held in Coventry for schools in the Midlands area. PDS currently hold the trophy in 'Baby Trophy' overall subjects and 'Intermediate' overall subjects.
Last Performed at Artrix theatre Dec 5th 2010 ' Parting is Such Sweet Sorrow', 'Pachelbels Canon' and 'Lovely Day'.
